What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our opening order minimum is $250. We also require at least 2 units per item to keep our workshop efficient. Reorders start at just $150.
Can I get products customized for my store?
Absolutely. Every puzzle and game can be engraved with your logo, town name, or a custom message, creating a unique fit for your shelves. Not to mention the branding and marketing of having your website URL, and/or brand name laser-engraved on them
How long does application approval take?
We personally review every application within 1 business day. You'll hear directly from a member of our team.
Do you allow sales on online marketplaces?
No. We do not allow resale on any online marketplace, such as, but not limited to, Amazon, Etsy, Facebook, Ebay, Pinterest, etc... Selling our puzzles and games on an online marketplace will result in the immediate termination of your wholesale proveledges and relationship with Creative Crafthouse.
