We provide free returns within 30 days of delivery. We cover the return shipping and charge no restocking fee. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned. If we make a mistake on your order, we'll replace or refund it at no cost.
How to start a return
Email Sales@CreativeCrafthouse.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We will send return instructions and a free return label. Please contact us before sending your item back.
Engraving and address mistakes
If an engraving or delivery-address mistake comes from information you supplied, we do not refund the item or shipping costs. If we make a mistake, we will refund or replace the item at no cost to you.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact Sales@CreativeCrafthouse.com when you receive the order so we can help. If we made a mistake, we will refund or replace the item at no cost to you.
Your refund
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit. For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping charge is not refunded.
