We handcraft every puzzle and game in our family workshop, and we want you to love what you open. If a Creative Crafthouse piece is not the right fit, send it back within 30 days and we cover the return shipping. No restocking fee.

How to start a return
- Email us at Sales@CreativeCrafthouse.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.
- We reply with simple return instructions and cover the cost of shipping it back to us.
- Once your return arrives at our Hudson, Florida workshop, we refund your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit can take a few business days to post.
Arrived damaged, or a defect?
If your order shows up damaged, or a mechanism or joint ever fails because of how we made it, email a photo to Sales@CreativeCrafthouse.com. We replace or refund it, your choice. For shipping damage you usually do not need to send anything back.
What is not covered
- Custom-engraved and personalized pieces. Once we laser a name, date, or logo onto a puzzle, we cannot offer it to another customer, so those are final sale. The engraving option notes this at checkout.
- Gift cards.
- Wholesale orders, which follow our separate wholesale terms.

Our family has been making wooden puzzles and games in Hudson, Florida since 2003. We stand behind the work that leaves our shop, so a generous return promise is an easy one for us to make. We would rather you keep a piece you love than one you settle for.
