We completely get it, we change our minds too! We are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped and/or the personalized laser engraving has been completed. You must notify us prior to cancel either by phone or E-mail.

If something is not the right fit, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it, and once your return is accepted we send you a free return shipping label. To get a different item, return the original and place a new order for the one you want. Personalized and custom items cannot be returned. If we make a mistake on your order, we'll replace or refund it at no cost.

We currently ship worldwide!

Standard orders ship within 1 business day, and personalized items ship within 2 business days. More detailed personalization, custom work, and larger orders may take longer. Once shipped, domestic orders are generally in transit for 2 to 7 days, and international orders for 4 to 22 days.

Expedited, second-day, and next-day shipping are available, and you will see an estimated delivery time at checkout.

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing Sales@CreativeCrafthouse.com. Items need to come back in the same condition you received them, and once your return is accepted we send you a free return shipping label. Please request the return first, because items sent back without a request cannot be accepted.

Personalized and custom items cannot be returned. If we make a mistake on your order, we'll replace or refund it at no cost. If an engraving or delivery-address mistake comes from information you supplied, we cannot refund the item or shipping costs. Gift cards are not returnable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, and your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.

Absolutely. All of our wooden puzzles and games can be customized with engraving.

You can add a name, a special date, or a short message to make the gift personal.

We can laser engrave text, names, dates, short messages, and most logos or simple images.

High-contrast designs and clean line art work best on wood.

Unsure if your artwork will engrave clearly? Send it to us and we’ll confirm before production.

Personalization is affordable and fast. Most engravings are a flat-rate add-on of $4.00 for one location.

We do all of the engraving in our Florida shop and can normally have your item shipped within 2 business days.

Complex logos may add a little more time, but most custom gifts are ready quickly.

We rate puzzles on a 1-10 scale broken down into 5 difficulty levels: Easy, Intermediate, Hard, Expert, and the Impossible Series.

Easy (1-4) is best for kids and casual play. Intermediate (5-7) suits teens and most adults. Hard (8-9) and Expert (10) challenge serious solvers, while the Impossible Series is designed for those who want the toughest puzzles.
