We completely get it, we change our minds too! We are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped and/or the personalized laser engraving has been completed. You must notify us prior to cancel either by phone or E-mail.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next-day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times vary depending on the product and destination

All delivery times will be estimated for you during the checkout process.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Personalized puzzles and games can only be returned if we made a mistake on your engraving.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Personalization is affordable and fast. Most engravings are a flat-rate add-on of $4.00 for one location.

We do all of the engraving in our Florida shop and can normally have your item shipped within 2 business days.

Complex logos may add a little more time, but most custom gifts are ready quickly.

Easy (1–4) is best for kids and casual play. Intermediate (5–7) suits teens and most adults. Hard (8–9) and Expert (10) challenge serious solvers, while the Impossible Series is designed for those who want the toughest puzzles.
