Refund and Return Policy

At Creative Crafthouse, we handcraft our puzzles and games, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Email us at Sales@CreativeCrafthouse.com with your order number to get started. Items need to come back in the same condition you received them. Once your return is accepted, we send you a free return shipping label and instructions, and there is no restocking fee. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Personalized and custom items cannot be returned. If we make a mistake on your order, we'll replace or refund it at no cost. If an engraving or delivery-address mistake comes from information you supplied, we do not refund the item or shipping costs.
Gift cards are not eligible for return. Wholesale orders, which follow our separate wholesale terms, are also not eligible for return.
2. Refunds
Once your return arrives at our Hudson, Florida workshop and we have inspected it, we let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days, and your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post the credit. For change-of-mind returns, we refund the returned item; the original shipping charge is not refunded.
3. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email Sales@CreativeCrafthouse.com right away, with a photo if you can, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
