Refund and Return Policy

At Creative Crafthouse, we handcraft our puzzles and games, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Email us at Sales@CreativeCrafthouse.com with your order number to get started. We cover the cost of return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalized products, including laser-engraved pieces
- Gift cards
- Wholesale orders, which follow our separate wholesale terms
2. Refunds
Once your return arrives at our Hudson, Florida workshop, we refund the purchase to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the credit to post.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, or a piece fails because of a defect in materials or our workmanship, email a photo to Sales@CreativeCrafthouse.com. We will replace or refund it, your choice. For shipping damage you usually do not need to send the item back.
