Creative Crafthouse Pin Manager (Pinterest integration)
This section was last updated September 25, 2026.
Creative Crafthouse uses an internal tool, the Creative Crafthouse Pin Manager, to prepare, schedule, and measure Pins on our own Pinterest business account. The Pin Manager is not offered to the public and does not handle customer information.
The Pin Manager connects to our account through Pinterest's authorization process and uses our account details, boards, Pins, product catalog, and analytics. The account owner approves each Pin before it is scheduled, and approved Pins are then published automatically at spaced times. Pinterest has granted the Pin Manager the access it needs to publish to our public account.
Access tokens are kept in secure storage on our computer. The Pin Manager never asks for Pinterest passwords.
We keep our account's analytics, the Pins we create, the boards we publish to, and a log of approvals and publishing. Other Pinterest information is read from Pinterest when needed. Our working notes, project history, and AI assistant records may also contain details of our own Pins and boards.
We use third-party service providers to run the Pin Manager: an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude) that helps us prepare Pins and review results, and private code hosting (GitHub) for its records. We do not sell Pinterest data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. We have turned off the setting that lets our AI provider use our sessions for model training.
The owner can revoke the Pin Manager's access at any time in Pinterest settings. Disconnecting the Pin Manager cancels pending Pins and deletes its stored tokens.
Questions about this integration can be sent to Sales@CreativeCrafthouse.com.
Creative Crafthouse Video Uploader (YouTube integration)
This section was last updated September 29, 2026.
Creative Crafthouse uses an internal tool, the Creative Crafthouse Video Uploader, to upload and manage our own product videos on our own YouTube channel, Creative Crafthouse (https://www.youtube.com/@dj51florida). The Video Uploader uses YouTube API Services. It works only with our own channel, is not offered to the public, and does not handle customer or viewer information. We approve every upload and every change before it is sent.
Because the Video Uploader uses YouTube API Services, anyone who uses it agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). How Google handles information is explained in the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
The Video Uploader connects to our channel through Google's sign-in and permission screen, with two permissions. Google shows the first as "See, edit, and permanently delete your YouTube videos, ratings, comments and captions"; we use it only to upload our videos, set their details, thumbnails, captions, playlists and privacy, and read the result back from YouTube. The second is read-only access to our channel's YouTube Analytics reports, which we use to measure how our videos perform, such as views, watch time and like counts. The Video Uploader does not delete videos, rate videos, or read or change comments, and it never asks for or stores a Google password.
The permission Google grants is kept in secure Windows credential storage on our own computer. For each upload, thumbnail, caption track and playlist change, the Video Uploader keeps a short record of the approved details, the YouTube IDs and the result. We delete the YouTube information in those records within 30 days, keeping only our channel ID and a file fingerprint that stops the same video from being uploaded twice. Our working notes and project history may also mention our own videos by title or link. We keep our own channel's YouTube Analytics figures in our working notes while we use the Video Uploader, to measure our results, and a scheduled check confirms every week that our access is still authorized. The Video Uploader does not use cookies and does not show ads.
We do not sell this information or share it with advertisers. Our service providers are AI assistants (Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's Codex), which help us build the tool, prepare uploads and measure results, and private code hosting (GitHub) for the tool and our working notes.
You can remove the Video Uploader's access at any time on Google's security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions), or ask us to delete what we have stored. If access is removed through the Video Uploader or at your request, we delete the stored permission, the Video Uploader's records and the YouTube Analytics figures in our working notes within 7 days. If access is removed on Google's security settings page, we delete them within 30 days. Copies left in backups, project history and our AI assistants' working logs are kept out of use. Deleting our records does not remove anything from YouTube; videos on YouTube are managed in YouTube Studio.
Questions or complaints about the Video Uploader's privacy practices can be sent to Sales@CreativeCrafthouse.com.
