Your goal is to fit all 8 log segments into the box. It comes unsolved, with the last puzzle piece in the storage compartment built into the box. The storage compartment is a great feature as it provides a place to store a piece if you are working on the puzzle and cannot solve it. It's easy to get 7 in the box; it's that last 8th piece that is the killer!
This is a terrific puzzle designed in 2002 by Tesa Timonen of Sweden which we offer in an very high quality format. All hardwood and fit and finish are very high.

This is a simple-looking yet challenging puzzle that we have really enjoyed working on during this quarantine to keep our brains active and fresh. Hubby is a civil engineer, and I can almost see the wheels turning in his logical mind as he tries to figure out how to fit that pesky extra log into the box! He can’t sit down on the sofa without picking up Log Jam to give it another try. Very entertaining for both of us! :-)

Note: the puzzle’s solution is on the notepaper under the plastic, therefore be careful when unwrapping so it won’t be revealed until you’re ready to know.
