Safecracker 50 is a handcrafted wooden math brain teaser designed and built by Dave Janelle and the family workshop crew in Hudson, Florida. Five rotating rings (one base ring plus four top rings), hand-cut from maple and cherry hardwoods, with deeply laser-engraved numbers. The goal is to align the rings so each of 16 vertical columns sums to 50. Over 65,000 permutations exist. Only one is correct.

Palm-sized at just over 5 inches in diameter, small enough to keep on a desk, a nightstand, or a workbench, hard enough to keep coming back to.

Difficulty: Hard. Sixteen times more difficult than Safecracker 40 (which uses four rings to sum 40).
Material: Hand-cut maple and cherry hardwoods, deeply laser-engraved numbers for precision and durability.
