Yes on bulk pricing, quoted by piece and quantity. There is no minimum for stock items with standard text engraving, so order one or order fifty. Custom branded runs, meaning a company logo or custom artwork laser engraved onto each piece, start at a minimum of 10 units, because a branded run involves artwork setup and a proof. Email sales@creativecrafthouse.com with the piece, the quantity, and your timeline, and we will send pricing.

Both, and they work a little differently. A name, a date, or a short message, up to about 45 characters, is our standard text engraving, available on every item right on the product page. A company logo or custom artwork is a custom branded run: we set up the art, send you a proof, and laser engrave it in our Hudson, Florida workshop once you approve. The 10-unit minimum applies to logo and custom-artwork work, not to standard text engraving.

Most custom branded runs ship within 5 to 10 business days after you approve the proof. We confirm your exact ship date when you sign off on the artwork, and we will tell you up front if a hard event deadline is at risk before you commit. Stock items with standard text engraving move faster and ship from our Florida workshop within about two business days. If you are working toward a fixed event or conference date, tell us early and we will work backward from it.

Every order ships from our Florida workshop. For an international corporate order, email sales@creativecrafthouse.com with the destination and the quantity and we will quote shipping and timing before you place the order.

For stock orders, payment is up front. For custom branded runs, we take a 50% deposit when you approve the proof and the balance before the order ships. We can look at net terms case by case for established, repeat accounts, so email Deb at sales@creativecrafthouse.com and we will talk it through. We are a small family workshop, so we keep billing simple.

A few patterns hold. For desk gifts and conference giveaways, the smaller brain teasers and coffee-table puzzles, like 7 Pennies, Crossroads, and the Tower of Hanoi, are easy crowd-pleasers in volume. Stock items follow our standard policy: free returns within 30 days. Custom branded and engraved pieces are personalized to you, so they are not returnable except for a defect or an error on our end, which we will replace or correct. This is exactly why the proof-approval step matters: you sign off on the precise artwork before we run the order.
