2 players alternate turns to be the first to get 3 or 4 in a row. (Define ahead of time whether 3 or 4 is the goal). Has all the fun elements of regular Tic Tac Toe with a greater level of complexity. Also has elements of Connect 4 when played to get 4 in a row.
Comes with base and cover to hold all pieces in place and an internal grid which securely holds pieces in location while playing the game.

Rules:
Each player has 12 pieces; note there is an extra blank piece to fill in the 25 available spaces on the 5x5 grid
Decide who will go first. In follow up games, loser always goes first.
Decide whether the goal is to be the first to achieve either 3 or 4 in a row.
Player 1 may place a piece anywhere on an open spot within the grid
Player 2 follows to do the same thing and turns continue to alternate.
To win the game you must have 3 (or 4 as agreed at the start of the game) pieces in a row or column or diagonal. The pieces must be contiguous or adjacent; gaps do not count.
