How to order
- Find what you wantSearch by name, or filter by category, price and difficulty.
- Add productsChoose a number in the Qty box, then select Add to cart. Use Update cart if you change that product's quantity.
- Review and sendClick Review and submit order, add your shop details, and send. You can also download the order as a spreadsheet.
- Creative Crafthouse confirmsCreative Crafthouse replies with stock and lead time before anything ships. Nothing is charged from this page.
Creative Crafthouse difficulty scale Easy› Intermediate› Hard› Expert› Impossible Rated on piece count, piece similarity, final shape, depth of visualization and sequence sensitivity. Items marked Game are played rather than solved. Game items carry no rating. Prices shown are your wholesale cost. For items with a web page, MSRP is the live price on creativecrafthouse.com. For items not on the website, MSRP is the list price from the current Creative Crafthouse price sheet.
Terms of sale
Order minimums
Opening order $250, reorders $150. Minimum 2 per item on anything under $14 wholesale, 1 on anything at or above. Creative Crafthouse does not back order and ships within 4 days of receipt 98% of the time.
Payment
Your first order is due before shipment. Additional orders are due within 30 days. Credit card payments have a 3% convenience fee. Check, ACH, and bank transfer have no added fee.
Where you can resell
In your store and on your own website, at MSRP or higher. Not on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Pinterest, Walmart or similar mass-retail sites. The Creative Crafthouse resale policy protects participating shops and keeps the price steady for everyone.
Territory
Accounts that do well with Creative Crafthouse products can have exclusivity in their immediate retail area. Ask Deb about exclusivity once you see how the line sells for you.
Samples and selling aids
Creative Crafthouse offers one free sample on request. Free laser-engraved POP signs are available by request when you order 4 or more of that item. POP signs are not included automatically. Felt-lined wooden game trays are available on the list in 9 × 6 and 9 × 9 sizes.
Personalization
Creative Crafthouse can laser engrave most products with a name, logo or message, including your own store name. For engraving options and run pricing, email Phil at Puzzles@CreativeCrafthouse.com.

Creative Crafthouse offers laser engraving. Almost every product can carry your name or your customer's.
Many buyers do not know this service is available, but engraving is an easy way to sell a piece nobody else on your street can. Creative Crafthouse completes every engraving on its own lasers in the Hudson workshop. There is no outside vendor and no minimum beyond the one on the item.
Your store on the product
Creative Crafthouse can laser your shop name, web address or logo onto the piece itself, on the frame, lid or board depending on the item. Store branding turns a puzzle into something a customer can only have bought from you.
Your customer's name on it
A name, a date or a message can turn a piece into a personalized gift. Placement and pricing are set per item, so tell us the item and what you want on it and we will quote the job.
Free POP signs
When you order 4 of an item, request its free laser-engraved point-of-purchase sign. Signs are not included automatically. Retailers tell Creative Crafthouse the signs do real work on a crowded shelf, because a wooden puzzle does not explain itself.
Runs, awards and one-offs
Corporate gifts, tournament and league awards, museum or venue editions, a wood change, an acrylic piece. Pete runs the CNC and Phil is on the laser machine. Chances are one of them can bring your idea to life.
Engraving is quoted per job, not per piece. Email Phil at Puzzles@CreativeCrafthouse.com. Tell him the item and roughly what you want on it. Phil will reply with a price and lead time.

Felt-lined trays hold an open sample and give the pieces a home, and several puzzles sell far better when a customer can pick one up.
